Good day! I would like to request for the following information and statistics to be used for my research study: 1. ACTUAL Average Courier Sending Time (From the Time a Letter was received by PHLPost to the time it was received by the receiver through Registered Mail) from the last five years: 1.1. Nationwide 1.2. Within Metro Manila 1.3. Within CALABARZON Region 2. Basis of statistics (even sampling data), if any. ACTUAL refers to the actual average number of time/days and not the supposed lead time indicated in the website. This is to account the factors of environment and other factors leading to some delay. The information will be used in a Time and Motion Study. Thank you.
