For Vector Files Request (in *.shp/ Web Map Service (WMS)) - you may go to goo.gl/PRTYxR [choose “Vector/*.shp” in the Data Format] or https://gisweb.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/gisweb/geomatics-services-request to start the process of your request. However, please note that we will only provide vector data once we receive a signed Data User Agreement form (for LGU, Academe and Other Gov't Agencies) or a Memorandum of Agreement form (for NGO, Private Company/ Personal) use. If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
