While our primary objective is to provide information whenever possible, we would like to inform you that frontline services such as shapefiles for geologic hazards, can be submitted directly to the sections which handle it, as indicated in the PHIVOLCS Citizen's Charter (chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/vault/pdf/Transparency/2024/PHIVOLCS_Citizens_Charter_1st_Edition.pdf). For Vector Files Request (in *.shp/ Web Map Service (WMS)) - you may go to goo.gl/PRTYxR [choose “Vector/*.shp” in the Data Format] or https://gisweb.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/gisweb/geomatics-services-request to start the process of your request. However, please note that we will only provide vector data once we receive a signed Data User Agreement form (for LGU, Academe and Other Gov't Agencies) or a Memorandum of Agreement form (for NGO, Private Company/ Personal) use. The form will be provided upon submission of requests through the link. For other details related to this, please send an email addressed to Teresito C.
