I kindly request access to the latest Liquefaction Hazard Map (GIS Shapefile/ Vector File) for Tablas Island, covering the following municipalities:

- Alcantara
- Calatrava
- Ferrol
- Looc
- Odiongan
- San Agustin
- San Andres
- Santa Fe
- Santa Maria

from January 1, 2020, to October 1, 2024. This data will be used solely for academic purposes.

However, please note that we will only provide vector data once we receive a signed Data User Agreement form (for LGU, Academe and Other Gov't Agencies) or a Memorandum of Agreement form (for NGO, Private Company/ Personal) use. Your right to request a review
