This agency is responsible for maintaining the information/data you are seeking, and they will now proceed with further processing.
For the geologic hazard maps -
- Earthquake Induced landslide
- Faultline (or active faults)
- Liquefaction and
- Ground Shaking
Please note that for frontline services such shapefiles for geologic hazards, this can be submitted directly to the sections which handle it, as indicated in the PHIVOLCS Citizen's Charter (chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://www.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/vault/pdf/Transparency/2024/PHIVOLCS_Citizens_Charter_1st_Edition.pdf). For Vector Files Request (in *.shp/ Web Map Service (WMS)) - you may go to goo.gl/PRTYxR [choose “Vector/*.shp” in the Data Format] or https://gisweb.phivolcs.dost.gov.ph/gisweb/geomatics-services-request to start the process of your request. However, please note that we will only provide vector data once we receive a signed Data User Agreement form (for LGU, Academe and Other Gov't Agencies) or a Memorandum of Agreement form (for NGO, Private Company/ Personal) use. The form will be provided upon submission of requests through the link. For other details related to this, please send an email addressed to Teresito C. Your right to request a review
