Dear Mr. Gibe,
Thank you for your request dated Feb. 13, 2025, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You have requested the raw data on fertilizer application and other factors that influenced rice growth.
I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide the requested csv or excel format raw data owing to our Institute's data and information sharing policy. Our guidelines state that only the "processed research data that are published" and “processed information” can be shared. Processed research data are the summarized research data from the raw data. Instead, we can provide you with processed data related to fertilizer usage as compiled by PhilRice through this link. Herewith, you will find the information you have requested.
For further information, we recommend reaching out to the Philippine Statistics Authority and the Fertilizer and Pesticide Authority.
Hope this helps. Feel free to email us with any questions, clarifications, and other matters you want to be addressed.
