Dear PhilHealth and eFOI officer, I would like to request for deidentified information for inpatient claims for the following ICD-10 codes for acute ischemic stroke: I63.0, I63.1, I63.2, I63.3, I63.4, I63.5, I63.6, I63.8, I63.9, I63.9+G46.7. The data points I am interested in include: 1. Year and month of admission 2. Name of healthcare facility 3. Primary ICD-10 code 4. Gender of patient 5. Age group 6. Length of stay 7. Total actual charges/ total hospital bill 8. Claim amount 9. Status of claim (whether approved or denied)
