You asked for information on the Pediatric Brain Center.

RESPONSE TO REQUEST

Your request has been accepted. Please check your email for the response to request Nos. 2-4. For No. 1, PCMC does not have national data on the leading causes of mortality and morbidity rate as we have indicated in our previous email.

YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST A REVIEW
