Greetings!

This has reference to your electronic Freedom of Information (FOI) request dated August 29, 2024, under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, requesting for the following information of offshore gaming operators located in Porac, Pampanga:

  1. Site Development Plan;
  2. Floor Plans;
  3. Lot Details/ Lot Bearing Details; and
  4. Architectural Plans, if any.

In response thereto, please be informed that, in its memorandum dated 05 September 2024, the Offshore Gaming Licensing Department has NO available data for the abovementioned requested information.
