1.Sinasabi nyang tatangalin niya ang aming mga sasakyan ng BAJAJ at prangkisa at ipapalit ang Electric Trikes, samantalang may bukod itong Prangkisa. 2. sinasama niya ang kanilang mga sasakyan sa aming lahat Terminal, na wala man lang kaming agreements na pirmahan. 3. sinisiraan pa kami na wala kaming karapatan, samantalang kumpleto kami sa papeles tulad ng C.D.A.; O.T.C. at may reporting with COC, including B.I.R. ? 4.Chairman po siya ng TPFRO ng Pasay City at Chairman din sya ng PAMBOTODA? 5. Hinaharang po niya lahat tungkol sa COOP namin, samantalang bawat Coop ay AUTOMOUS, at wala siyang karapatan manghimasok sa aming samahan? 6. Pwede po ba kami humingi ng tulong sa mga sangay ng gobyerno?
