Hi, I would like to respectfully request for the most recent copy of the National Youth Environmental Action Plan (NYEAP) which was required to be submitted to the President by the National Green Brigade Coordinating Committee (of which the Chairman of the National Youth Commission is the overall coordinator, and of which the National Youth Commission is the Secretariat). I have already requested this document from NYC, but they do not have this. Please see EO 52, series of 1998 for further details.
