Hi! I would like to verify an information. Is it true that there are telecommunication companies looking for parcel of lots or land to construct a tower? Recently, we received an offer to apply for this transaction with a person claiming that a certain ATC company is looking for site areas where they can construct a tower. We are suspicious of the application letter given to us, considering that it asks for the property's title number. Hence, this verification.

NTC is only mandated for the licensing of the installation of radio communication equipment in every TELCO tower.
