Response to your request:
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance and as per follow up from the Consumer Welfare and Protection Division, they elevated the said case to the Legal Branch for appropriate disposition of the case. Moreover, I went to the latter office to know the status of the case, and as per record, your request to have a copy of the decision is not possible as the case is still ongoing.
We do consider you using this portal for your request, however, we wish to reiterate that we responded accordingly to same request and guided you on how and where to properly lodge your concern. For now, this is not counted as a valid FOI request.
