Hi and Good day! I am Arnold Capili, a Bachelor of Science in Criminology 4th year Student from Teodoro M. Luansing College of Rosario. Our group members are currently conducting a research study. Our group members are as follows: 1. Capili, Arnold 2. De Guzman, Reymond 3. Garcia Brian 4. Mauhay, Earl Justin 5. Olgado Joshua 6. Rosuelo, Joseph We will be requesting a data about the following: 1. Total Number of reported text scams each year from 2019 to 2024 in the municipalities of Batangas. The municipalities are as follows: 1.1 Rosario 1.2 Padre Garcia 1.3 Lipa City 1.4 San Juan 1.5 Taysan 2. Comparison of reported text scams before and after the implementation of SIM card registration. We hope that we can get the data we needed in the shortest possible time. The data we will get will be invaluable for the succes of our study. Thank you.
To clarify the purpose of requesting the data we need, The data we are requesting will be the basis of choosing our respondents and the places we are distributing the composed questions in our questionnaires. The title of our Research is the Implication of SIM card registration in the increasing rate of text scams. The main idea of our research title is to analyze wether the implementation of SIM card registration is successful in lowering the number of text scams received by the respondents and lowering the number of reported text scams or if it still needs to enhance or provide a stricter method of implementing the act. Thank you for your response. We hope that we will get the data we needed very soon.
