Hi. I would like to request for a help regarding my sim card that has been port it from Globe to GOMO. Ive tried reaching. Out before and they did not resolve the query and just left me hanging. I have been using my sim card since forever and a lot of my accounts are connected to it. Now, I cannot open some of my accounts due to it needs otp but I cannot receive any since my sim suddenly lost it signal and the merchant's end is very irresponsive and not helpful at all
