You asked for information regarding the publication status of the February 2024 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10591 in the Official Gazette.

Response to your request

Your FOI request is approved. The publication of the Philippine National Police (PNP), amending certain Provisions of Section 3.66 of the 2018 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 10591 was published on 18 March 2024 under Volume 120, Issue No. 12 of the Official Gazette. Please see enclosed file for your reference.
