You requested the number of reported data breaches, cyberattacks from 2010-2024, segregated by date reported, name of institution attacked, type of data breach, amount of data involved, type of data compromised, and current status of the incident, for the purpose of research and publication.

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
