Hi! I would like to request the following for my thesis: 1. Demographic dara of chronic kidney disease patients (age, gender, socioeconomic status) in Angeles Pampanga and Region 3 2. CKD prevalence rates in Angeles Pampanga and region 3 3. Data on dialysis and nephrology services in region 3 including waiting times and patient-to-machine ratio

Mam, currently what we can provide is NKTI data only, in particular dialysis patients from or residing in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Other than that e.g. patients undergoing dialysis in Angeles City, you can post an FOI to DOH. Ill endorse your FOI to DOH
