Good day! I am a BSDC student from UPLB who is currently doing a data journalism story on the status of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) cases in the Philippines. May I kindly request data on the following: 1. prevalence rates of CKD by age, gender, and socio-economic status segmented by region or province for the past ten years (atleast) 2. number of dialysis centers and machines per region/province and their distribution 3. patient to machine ratios, wait time, and capacity per center 4. information on rural vs. urban access to dialysis or any statistics on unserved areas or regions 5. information on existing policies for CKD prevention, management, and education 6. details on public awareness campaigns and initiatives, including reach, frequency, and target demographics 7. funding or budget allocations, if any Kindly provide them in Excel format as much as possible.
