Hi I would like to request the following data for the purpose of our thesis. The data that I would be requesting is the data of cabidianan communal irrigation system in Basak, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro. And these are the following data that I would be requesting: 1. Structural plan 2. Topographic map 3. Dam capacity 4. Maximum water level from 1998-2024

Dear Ma'am/Sir:

This is in reference to your Freedom of Information (FOI) request submitted through the FOI website (https://www.foi.gov.ph), regarding the acquisition of data for the Cabidianan Communal Irrigation System located in Brgy. Basak, Nabunturan, Davao de Oro. Specifically, the following data were requested for academic purposes:

1. Structural plan

2. Topographic map

3. Dam capacity

4. Maximum water levels from CY 1998 to the present.

After thorough review, we regret to inform you that the requested data is currently unavailable. Unfortunately, these files have not been preserved since the said irrigation system's construction in CY 1997, and as such, are no longer accessible.

However, as we understand the importance of this information for your academic endeavor, we are pleased to submit the current project layout map of Cabidianan CIS for your reference.
