Dear eFOI user,
Thank you for your request dated March 19, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You have requested the number of FOI Users from 2016 to the present.
The Ligao Municipal Hall is not registered in the National Registry of Historic Sites and Structures, hence, the NHCP has no marker or declaration for the said structure. However, should the structure's age be proven as fifty (50) years old and above, it is already a presumed Important Cultural Property (ICP) under Republic Act No. 10066 as amended by Republic Act No. 11961. Presumed ICPs are Grade II structures and protected from any form of modification and demolition unless sanctioned by this Commission.
We recommend you to directly coordinate with the respective Local Government Unit as its property owner and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Bureau of Design in Manila for possible archival records of the structure.
