You have requested the following information:
- Number of Request for Assistance (RFA) with corresponding number of workers involved and the amount of monetary benefits facilitated;
- Amounts of monetary benefits facilitated to OFWs through mandatory conciliation-mediation service per year and per country if possible.
- Amounts of monetary benefits facilitated to OFWs, working as domestic helpers in Jeddah and Riyadh, through mandatory conciliation-mediation service per year;
- Any other data related to amounts of monetary benefits facilitated to OFWs as a result of mandatory conciliation-mediation service.
I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. However, our data and information are limited to the following:
- Number of Request for Assistance (RFA) DOLEwide with the amount of monetary benefits facilitated and number of workers benefited from 2016 to 2022;
- Number of Requests for Assistance Settled involving OFWs with the monetary benefits facilitated and the number of workers benefitted per year. We do not have information on a per-country basis;
- The POLOs do not submit reports to us, thus, we do not have data on RFAs conducted at the international posts. Thus, we do not have information on a per country basis.
- No other monetary benefits facilitated as a result of the SENA Program.
Your right to request a review
