1. Number of Request for Assistance (RFA) with corresponding number of workers involved and the amount of monetary benefits facilitated;
2. Amounts of monetary benefits facilitated to OFWs through mandatory conciliation-mediation service per year and per country if possible.
3. Amounts of monetary benefits facilitated to OFWs, working as domestic helpers in Jeddah and Riyadh, through mandatory conciliation-mediation service per year;
4. Any other data related to amounts of monetary benefits facilitated to OFWs as a result of mandatory conciliation-mediation service.

I am pleased to inform you that your FOI request has been approved. However, our data and information are limited to the following:

1. Number of Request for Assistance (RFA) involving OFWs with the corresponding number of workers involved from 2016 to 2022;
2. Number of Requests for Assistance Settled and the monetary benefits facilitated with the number of workers benefitted per year. We do not have information on a per-country basis;
3. The POLOs do not submit reports to us, thus, we do not have data on RFAs conducted at the international posts. Thus, we do not have information on a per country basis.
4. No other monetary benefits facilitated as a result of the SENA Program.
