I want report a crime make a a Filipina alone since 2025 she embezzled more then 34.000 pesos and fraudulent deception to obtain money

Name of the girl is Rona Navarro, 327 E. Dela Paz street, San Pedro, Angono. All the money was transferred oder Gcash 09952449591 and partial bank account GyTime, since more then week she also want refund a flight from Philippines Airlines after she recieve the refund from 12.153 pesos but she never have intention to refund me. Also she barrow money to pay medical exam and medicine but she never send me a recieve to proof. I only know she use als my money to cheating me with teh Filipino John Francis Mortel.
