However, we recommend reaching out the 2 private Electric Cooperatives operating in the Province of Laguna. First Laguna Electric Cooperative (FLECO) with office address at National Road, Lewin, Lumban, Laguna and the Manila Electric Railroad and Light Company (MERALCO).
