Hi i would like to request the following information: 1.)Burnham plan documents (Masterplans, history of this if possible) 2.) Revision documents of burnham plan through the years 3.) If there are datas regarding to the traffic congestion of Ermita,Manila and the burnham plan PS. Any documents will do under the topic of Burnham plan if possible Thank you!!!
