Dear MWSS-CO, Good day and warm greetings! I am Ma. Patricia B. De Borja and I work at Orani Water District, located in the province of Bataan. I am a member of its Disposal Commitee and we are finalizing our bidding documents for the disposal of unserviceable properties, which include decommissioned water meters. Given that both of our agencies operate within the water utility industry, we can closely relate to each other's processes and best practices in asset disposal. In this regard, I would like to respectfully request a copy of the bidding documents recently utilized by MWSS for the disposal of water meters, as referenced in Bid Bulletin No. MWSS-DIS-O-25-003.
