Purpose: Verification of Location Areas of the Rebates by MWSS in Imus City, Cavite Brought by the Failed Anabu MTP Operation

1. Details of the Sampling Point locations and corresponding areas of influence of MWSS in Imus, City Cavite, particularly in the baranggays covering Anabu Road and Aguinaldo Highway.
2. Sampling Procedures and daily Results done from December 19, 2023 to January 24, 2024 in the affected sampling points of the Anabu MTP dirty water issue. This includes:
- Time of Water Collection
- Results of Lab Testing
3. Water distribution piping layout in a map along Aguinaldo Hiway and Main Anabu Road as approved by MWSS.
4. Specific procedure and detailed computation done to identify the 3,400+ customers affected.

Dear MWSS,
For this delayed request MWSS 938230572367, I understand that there were work suspensions for 2-3 days in the past week. Though the requested data and docs are easy to produce, scan and sent - will not take a week at most (unless being doctored), I am OK to receive it by Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
Given the first-hand extremely negative experiences I had with the MWSS RO Team, I am still hoping to receive the requested docs and details.
I hope no more copy-pasted, templated responses will be posted here by your MWSS RO FOI personnel. It is not professional at all. Thank you!

I received partial data last week but there are some notable errors
MWSS FOI team promised to share more data from them but haven't heard yet until today. I also sent basic questions to my reply to their FOI group but also do not receive any answer yet.
I hope their leaders from RO are not stopping the FOI group to share relevant the data requested from them since last month.

I can not believe that the first file with erroneous details sent to my personal email will be doctored or corrected based on the few set of feedback I shared with them and then uploaded in this platform. This time, the same file has an additional page with a map - which I believe was intended to answer some of my inquiries. But it has another set of erroneous and questionable details again, making it to appear as if they are hiding something together with Maynilad. Not sure why MWSS did not even double check all the details before sharing it in public, which is a very basic step. Whoever created that map should be fired already.
We will proceed with our next move. Unlike the first time when they shared with me the draft file, I will not share this time the obvious errors and discrepancies as the document they shared might be doctored in the future.
