Hi, We are writing to seek your assistance to investigate further why the problem with Putatan / Poblacion Treatment Plant is still persistent up to date and still not been resolved? There are complaints as old as Dec 2021 from the same neighborhood and 4 years had passed but still the same problem is being encountered.
