Good day. We would like to clarify what the request is referring to in terms of intensity, duration, and frequency in Brgy. Lawang Pari, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. If you would like to request for a Flood Susceptibility Map for the aforementioned area of interest, kindly submit a formal request letter addressed to the MGB R3 OIC Regional Director, Mr. Noel B. Lacadin, indicating the purpose of the data requested from the Bureau. You may submit this letter of request to our Official Email address at [email protected] . If you are a student, the letter must be signed by the Head of the University/School. Kindly accomplish the attached Geological and Geohazards Data End-user License Agreement (EULA).
