A formal request letter addressed to the MGB R3 OIC Regional Director, Mr. Noel B. Lacadin, indicating the purpose of the data requested from the Bureau. You may submit this letter of request to our Official Email address at [email protected] . Kindly include a shapefile of the Municipal Boundary of San Narciso, Zambales with your letter of request. 2. Upon receipt of your letter, a Geological and Geohazards Data End-user License Agreement (EULA) shall be provided to be accomplished by your Office. Upon submission of the accomplished EULA, we will be able to provide the requested shapefiles (Rain-Induced Landslide and Flood Susceptibility Maps) via email.
