Dear LTO Team, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to check the status of my OR/CR for my motorcycle, a Honda ADV160, purchased from Rizal Autozone Inc. It has now been almost 2 months since I completed my purchase and i have yet to receive any updates from either of the dealer or the LTO team. I am growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of communication and progress on this matter. Given the amount of time that has passed, I would greatly appreciate a prompt update on the status of my OR/CR.
