We have received your request on letter of entitlement in driving license, dated yesterday.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you are requesting. The LTO abides by the Data Privacy Act. Personal information cannot be publicly-published using the FOI Platform. However, here are the requirements in applying Driver's License Certification:
- Photocopy of Driver's License and Official Receipt
-For DFA Authentication, the Driver's License should be valid
-Letter of Authority and Valid I.D. of authorized representative.

Your right to request a review
