Hello! I would like to request the following information: How does the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board calculate the base fare of Modern Jeepneys? (BASED on current economy especially with current gas prices) Can I request for the process or formula for calculating base fare rate and additional fare per kilometer based on current gas prices? Thank you!
