If filing a confirmation of unit transaction, you need to visit the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board. The first step is to request a confirmation of your unit. To do this just proceed to the ISMD - Door A and bring a copy of your Decision, latest OR/CR, valid Passenger Insurance (PAMI or SCCI) and valid IDs. Once you have claimed your electronic confirmation code, you can proceed to the LTO.
