Good day! I would like to inquire for the process of filing an adverse claim for a property located in Santander, Cebu City. I am currently residing in Pagadian City, which is almost 500 kilometers to the former. I would appreciate detailed information on the following 1. Requiremets: What specific documents and information are needed to file an adverse claim?; 2. Procedure: Could you please outline the step-by-step process for filing an adverse claim including any forms that need to be completed?; 3. Fees: What are the associated fees for filing an adverse claim, and how can these be paid?; 4. Submission: is it possible to submit the documents via mail or online, considering my current location is in Pagadian City? If so, what is the mailing address or online submission process?; and 5. Contact Information: Could you provide the contact details of the specific officer or person I should coordinate with for this matter? Note that I have tried reaching out to the email address of the Registry of Deeds - Province of Cebu but they were unresponsive. Your assistance in providing this information would be greatly appreciated, as it will help me ensure that my claim is properly filed and my rights are protected. Thank you in advance.
