Hi FOI. I need help in requiring LRA to expose a document showing timelines involved of each stage of a transfer of title process. I got a foreclosed property from Pag-IBIG which needs to be transferred from developer to HDMF then to me. The first transfer is taking long and I see Pag-IBIG already initiated process last July 2024. It was 'Examination' when I used their tracker then. Right now, it's for 'Approval'. It's hard to understand how mere admin work will take 3+ months given it's Oct 15 now. When I checked online/email, either we get no response for long or when they respond via email, they give no timeline but a lousy request for further waiting. THeir phone number 046 866 4428, especially the one for Cavite Reg of Deeds is unusable during the day, work hours.
