Dear Mr. Eugenio,
This is in reply to your email addressed to the Land Registration Authority (LRA) which was forwarded to our Registry for appropriate action/response by the LRA Public Relations and Information Section (PRIS), asking for information on how to request for a certified true copy of a subdivision plan.
In connection thereto, please be informed that you can request for a certified true copy of subdivision plan from the corresponding agency that approved it which may either be the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) or the LRA. If your subdivision plan had already been registered in the appropriate Registry of Deeds, you may also request for a certified true copy thereof from the Registry of Deeds concerned.
