hi i would like to know the meaning of these items in the footnote found in certified true copy of land Ref No: 2022004814 OR No. 1025755674 Date: 2/23/2022 OR Date: 2/23/2022 Time: 05:52:24 PM Amt Paid What is the date specified here? is this the release date? What is the time specified here ? is this the printing time?

Good morning, Ms. Rhudeza Bernardo. I was absent for 2 days, Tuesday and Wednesday, because of some pains in my joints. Hence, I was not able to answer your eFOI. My apologies.

Yesterday, I was able to speak with an officer from the Registry of Deeds of Cavite Province regarding your concern. I was at home but continued contacting the said registry for the resolution of your concern.

According to the officer I spoke with, his name is Jojo Lazatin, the office was getting a large number of transactions from clients every day. Hence, some of the officers of that office were offically rendering an overtime with pay as the same was approved by the LRA Central Office. They extend their work for up to 2 hours a day only from Mondays thru Fridays, and from 5:00 pm up to 7:00 pm only. This is why the date of entry of your transaction as appearing on the Official Receipt (OR) which was "Date: 2/23/2022," and the time it was officially entered in the system, "Time: 05:52:24 PM," were both correct.
