Hi i would like to request for the mortgage release letter or No objection certificate as the loan is fully settled. The details of the property is as follows: Property address: San Felipe, Echague Isabela Borrowers Name: Romeo Santiago Register of Deeds: Province of Isabela Certificate of Title No. P-15730 This document will help us to process the transfer of title. Thank you.

Dear Ms. Lerica Eliel Maqui:

Please submit the Cancellation/Release of Chattel Mortgage, at least three (3) copies, duly signed and notarized, together with all the documents you received from the bank and/or mortgagee, and the OR/CR for reference.  A Registration and IT Service Fees will be paid upon entry of the said document in the Registry of Deeds, the amount of which depends on the consideration value of the mortgaged property.

If the Presenter is an authorized representative, an Authorization Letter and photocopies of the valid IDs of the Presenter and Mortgagor are necessary.
