Dear C D Guanzon,
Thank you for your request dated Aug. 17, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.
You may directly request a Certified True Copy of your title at the nearest Registry of Deeds, provided that the title has a record in our database. This option allows for a more immediate processing of your request at a location convenient to you.
Additionally, if you choose to request the Certified True Copy through our eSerbisyo portal, please be aware that in cases where multiple titles share the same title number, it is necessary to provide the plan number, block number, and lot number. This additional information ensures that our system can accurately verify and retrieve the correct title from our records.
We appreciate your attention to these details, as they help facilitate a smooth and efficient transaction. Should you have any further questions or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you with your needs.
