Hi! I would like to request for the approved sketch plan of Malayang Nayon with survey no. PSD-11-010673. I am one of the heirs of the owner, Mr. Manolito A. Malayang.

For obtaining a copy of your survey plan, please be informed that this can be facilitated through the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). You may visit the nearest DENR office or contact them for specific guidance on the documents required to process your request. Their team will be able to provide you with the necessary assistance to retrieve your survey plan.
