I would like formally request an access to the contract or Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Leyte Metropolitan Water District (LMWD) and PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. regarding their joint venture agreement for water service operations in their Franchise coverage. I am interested in understanding the specific terms of this partnership, including provisions on decision-making authority, profit-sharing, accountability measures, and other relevant details. This information is vital for transparenncy and help us, the public, to better understand its structure and obligations established in this agreement.
