Hello, I would like to get information on the guidance regarding Pre-existing medical condition and how it relates to incontestability period. What is the definition and guidance of the commission on this terms. If a condition was not declared due to oversight will it affect the claim for critical illness and death even if the 2 years contestability period already passed. 2nd, what is the difference is there is between BPI Philamlife and BPI AIA? What makes them different or what makes it the same?
