Thank you for your request dated April 11, 2024, made under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

In relation to your request, please be advised that you may visit the Licensing Division or send an email at [email protected] to request for a Certification of Agent's Qualifying Examination Result. In order to process the said request, you are required to: 1) Set an appointment with the Insurance Commission-Head Office through the IC Appointment Reservation System which can be accessed through https://web.insurance.gov.ph/icare/login ; 2) submit a request letter indicating your examination details such as date, place, insurance company, and the type of examination taken, and 3) to pay a certification fee in the amount of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00).

Please also be informed that you will be required to submit a copy of your government-issued identification card for verification. Please note that this Commission can only issue a certification of examination administered by this Commission.
