This refers to your FOI request sent via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you are inquiring whether it is possible to change your current MP2 payment mode. Per your inquiry, you initially opted for salary deduction but has since discovered that your company does not allow savings through this method.
We deemed it proper to raise the matter to the Operating Unit Concerned (OUC) – the Member Services Sector Support Unit. As confirmed by the OUC, you may choose from the following modes of payment without the need to change the initially preferred payment method:
1. Salary deduction, for those who are employed. Save in the MP2 through your employer who may deduct from your salary your monthly MP2 Savings which they shall then remit to Pag-IBIG Fund.
2. Online remittance, via:
· Virtual Pag-IBIG at www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig using your PayMaya eWallet, GCash eWallet or any debit or credit card powered by Visa, Mastercard or JCB,
· Authorized online payment channels which include:
- GCash
- Moneygment App via Cashpinas
- Coins.ph via Bayad
- PayMaya
Over-the-counter (OTC) remittance, at:
· Any Pag-IBIG Fund branch
· Authorized collecting partners’ outlets or branches here in the Philippines, which include:
- Asia United Bank
- Robinsons Bank
- United Coconut Planters’ Bank
- SM Business Centers
- Bayad
- M. Lhuillier
- ECPay accredited merchants
· Authorized collecting partners’ outlets or branches overseas, which include
- Philippine National Bank
- Asia United Bank
- Ventaja powered merchants
- Cashpinas powered merchants
