Hello. Follow-up needed for my request recomputation/refund to GSIS last month. The said refund is for the deduction on my salary last May 2023. I already write it in this website last year. And they responded that I already got the refund amount in my account. UNFORNATELY, the refund that they mentioned is only for the month of July 2023 deduction. Clearly, the refund on May 2023 which I first requested here was not available. GFAL deducted my salary for 2 mos (May and July) after I fully paid the loan last May 10, 2023. The SOA stated that the balance I paid must still include the month of May 2023 because it is already deducted on my salary even before May 10. And they said that it will be refunded to me since I will pay it advance in cash. The total deduction for the two months is 19,288. I only received 9,644 for July 2023. The May 2023 is still missing. That's why I request for a refund/recomputation and there is no response yet until this day.
