Hello Nasa contract ako with PLDT. Last year nag reach out ako sa kanila multiple times since ung landline ko is hindi gumagana. I also asked them na i follow up ung concern ko since ang tagal na hindi namin nagagamit ung landline at walang nag fofollow up. Sabi ko i cancel but then they are still asking for me to pay yung balance plus yng termination fee na sinasabi nila?
