We wish to inform you further, that upon review and assessment of the submitted documents, it was determined that Item Nos. 3 & 4 of the requirements were not met.  Thus we are constrained to deny your request.

However,   we have determined that the information you are seeking is already available online. Therefore, it cannot be considered a valid request under the Freedom of Information (FOI). Further, for your request for items 4 and 5 the DSWD does not have specific guidelines on planning and designing on the abovementioned facilities. However, the Department is guided by the following when it comes to the accreditation/ design and planning of the DSWD managed facilities:

Your right to request a review
If you are dissatisfied with our response to your FOI request, you have the option to request an internal review.
