2. City with the highest count of elderly people.

Further for your request for Item No. 4, please be advised that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has implemented Memorandum Circular No. 27, series of 2024 - Protocol for the Conduct of Research Studies in DSWD Offices, Centers and Institutions, Amending Memorandum Circular No. 10, Series of 2019. This protocol outlines the procedures and requirements for conducting research studies within DSWD. We encourage you to review the Memorandum to familiarize yourselves with the procedures if you wish to conduct research involving the Department.

Your right to request a review:

If you are unsatisfied with this response, please feel free to write the Office of the Secretary at DSWD-Central Office, IBP Road Batasan Pambansa Complex, Constitution Hills, Quezon City, explaining your concerns, and an internal review shall be conducted.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
