Good day! The Province of Negros Occidental is currently in the process of formulating its Climate and Disaster Risk Assessment (CDRA) Report. In this regard, I would like to request the following information: 1. No. of 4Ps beneficiaries in Negros Occidental grouped by City/Municipality as of December 2024 (or latest data available). Your prompt response and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Furthermore, it has been determined that the request pertains to the exercise of your official duties and responsibilities as a government employee. As such, it does not fall under the scope of an FOI request.

Your right to request a review
