1. DOH site criteria for an assisted living facility or residential care facility (or any dedicated elderly care facility)

2. DOH design guidelines and requirements for an assisted living facility or residential care facility (or any dedicated elderly care facility)

3. Scope of services and facilities of an assisted living facility or residential care facility
